Club Fees Breakdown:
Every club athlete is responsible for the following things:
1. Player Commitment Fee: This will be paid when you accept your daughter's spot on one of our club team rosters. Commitment Fee goes toward player's club due and are non-refundable.
2. Club Membership Fees: This is the amount it cost to play USA Volleyball on one of Cajun Elite's club teams.
How does payment of club dues work?
Club dues can be paid in full or in installments and a break down of the payment plan can be found above. If you choose to pay in installments there will be an additional 4% charge for the online service, you can avoid this charge by paying in cash or check. You may also pick up sponsorships to help cut the cost of your child's fees. Players can use the club sponsorship letter, found under forms, to collect monetary donations that will go toward your child's fees. 100% of money collected goes toward your child's balance.
What do our club fees cover?
Your club dues cover the following expenses: coaches' pay, hotels for coaches, travel expenses for coaches, facility rentals, player registrations and memberships to USAV and AAU, equipment, tournament costs, and other yearly club expenses.
What are Uniform Expenses?
Uniform packages are players responsibility in addition to club fees. The required package, along with a Cajun Elite monogrammed backpack (if player doesn't already have one) must be purchased by December 2nd. If you are delinquent in this process it may result in the player not having a uniform for the first sanctioned contest. REQUIRED UNIFORM COST: $120.56 if your player does not have a back pack they are required to have one which is an additional $40.94.
